Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the item(s), excluding the cost to return the shipment.
However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Custom Jerseys are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping service of your choice. This refund period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping service (5 to 10 business days), time to process your return once we receive the package (3 to 5 business days), and the amount of time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, name, email, and phone number. Please include details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer any exchanges for returned merchandise. All returned merchandise will be refunded once it’s been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color for an item, please start a new transaction in order to secure your items before they sell out.
Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns. They are also only valid on MavsShop.com
